Aaron W. Pederson

Aaron is an associate attorney with Fogg & Power and a registered patent attorney practicing in the electrical, software, and mechanical technologies. Aaron’s practice includes patent preparation, prosecution, opinions, counseling, and analysis. Aaron has significant experience working with clients of all sizes including start-up, midsized, and Fortune 500 corporations.

In addition to Fogg & Powers, Aaron has also practiced with the Minneapolis-based law firm of Schwegman, Lundberg & Woessner P.A.. During law school Aaron clerked in-house at Corning, Inc in Corning, NY and at Bourque and Associates in Manchester, NH. Prior to law school, Aaron served as an engineering intern at both 3M Company in Maplewood, MN and at Polaris Industries, Inc. in Roseau, MN.

Aaron earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth, cum laude, and his law degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center (FPLC) (now University of New Hampshire School of Law), cum laude. While at FPLC Aaron served as a research assistant for Professor Craig Jepson in the areas of Patent Prosecution and Patent Litigation. Outside of work Aaron enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing hockey, golfing, fishing, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, and pursuing other outdoor activities.
