About Jon

Jon is a member of Fogg & Powers LLC and a registered patent attorney practicing in the areas of electrical and electronic technologies, with an emphasis on wireless communications and computer software and hardware. Jon’s practice also involves dealing with intellectual property issues relating to standards, litigation, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Jon has been recognized as a Super Lawyer and a Rising Star in Minnesota.

Prior to joining Fogg & Powers, Jon was a Senior Intellectual Property Attorney at ADC Telecommunications, Inc. 

Outside of work, Jon enjoys training for and participating in endurance events and spending time with his family.
