About Debra
Deb Bailey joined the Fogg & Powers team as a paralegal in April 2019. Her prior intellectual property experience included maintenance of issued patent and trademark matters. In addition, she was responsible for corresponding with foreign associates regarding filing, prosecuting, and maintaining patent and trademark applications in foreign countries. She also handled complex worldwide assignment and name change projects for multiple clients.
Her current role at Fogg & Powers capitalizes on her previous experience and has evolved to include the responsibilities of double-checking docketing entries, reviewing issued patents for correct Patent Term Adjustment calculations, and proofreading issued patents.
In her spare time, Deb enjoys playing pickleball, reading, camping, and hiking with her husband and their dog, volunteering at her church, and spending time with family and friends.
